Terms of Service

Welcome to The Graystones. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, fan feed, direct messaging, and paid membership tiers (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address and verify it to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account.

2. Memberships and Billing

• Paid membership tiers are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
• Each tier unlocks the content marked for that tier and every tier below it, plus direct messaging with the band and a tier badge on your comments.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Manage Account → Manage Subscription; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Prices may change; we will show the current price at checkout and notify existing subscribers before a change affects them.
• Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we'll make it right.

3. Content and License

• All music, videos, photos, and other content posted by The Graystones remain our property. Your membership grants you personal, non-transferable access to view it — not to download, redistribute, re-post, or sell it.
• Sharing tier-gated content outside the Service (including screen recordings) is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.
• You own the comments and messages you write. By posting them you grant us permission to display them within the Service.

4. Community Conduct

• Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, spam, impersonation, or posting illegal content is not allowed.
• We may remove content or comments that violate these rules and may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations. If we terminate a paid account for a violation, no refund is owed for the current billing period.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Manage Account. We may suspend or terminate the Service, or your access to it, for violations of these Terms or if we discontinue the Service; if we discontinue paid memberships entirely, we will refund the unused portion of the current billing period.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it available and bug-free, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you on the site or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
